The Challenge
The goal of "I am the Uterus" was to become the first verified human body organ on Twitter, giving the uterus the relevance it hasn't had until now, to show everybody that there is much more to an organ than just flesh.
The Campaign
Through collaboration with associations and health care professionals from the health universe, MCI has created the first verified user dedicated to an organ on a social network. A digital space to speak without taboos, but with verified information about all the problems that affect an organ as vital, but invisible, as the uterus. "I am the úterus" seeks to bring all information related to female health in a fun way, but without neglecting rigor, dealing with topics such as fertility, menstruation, childbirth, endometriosis or other diseases and curiosities. A campaign built in collaboration with other women that has allowed a human organ to create a real community.
The Results
In the first month we got more than 50 thousand visits to the profile, three months later, we were a community of more than 5.5K with an engagement of 100 interactions per tweet. We crossed the borders of the social network and reached traditional media with more than 6 publications on different sites. We accumulated more than 4 thousand likes and 5 thousand impressions a day.
